...Coming from India, New Zealand is a completely new place. (Isn't that obvious?) Anyway, the first shock I got was on the first evening I got here. Prashanth and I lodged ourselves at a backpackers' called PepperTree Motel. I was so tired that I took a nap. After waking up, I wanted to take a walk. It was nice and sunny outside. I looked at my watch to see if I had enough time to get back in time. Imagine my shock when the time read 7:30 PM. (For those of you who don't share my feeling of astonishment, compare this with India where it gets dark at six.) ...
