Internal blogging - kickstarting is difficult

I've blogged before that we've setup an internal blogging site for our company. The company has a number of implementation engineers in the field and this allows everyone to stay in touch and start conversations that lead to features, process improvement, etc..  The problem I keep running into is that I can't get anyone else to blog.

Nearly everyone is interested in it and sees the value.  I'm posting a lot of things to my internal blog and keeping articles on subtle issues we run into over time and people use it as a reference site. But even the developers aren't jumping on the blogging band wagon.

Why is this? Does anyone else have the same experience?  How did you overcome blog-o-phobia?

Query Analyzer replacement - continued

I'm continuing to use ApexSQL Edit in place of query analyzer and I have to say I'm absolutely hooked on this product so far. If you use Query Analyzer to get your work done, try this product out!  Microsoft should dump Query Analyzer and ship this product with SQL.  I'm blogging details on this product on our internal site as well to evangalize it. I need to check out the NUnit integration next.
