Looking for a Gambit to Win at Google’s Game
I’m used to being in companies where I am in a rowboat and I stick an oar in the water to change direction. Now I’m in a cruise ship and I have to call down, Hello, engine room!. Sometimes the connections to the engine room aren’t there. - Steve Berkowitz, Microsoft VP Online Services Unit.
I'd like to contact the engine room - Scotty beem this guy down to the next planet. Steve has been on the job since April and in that time MSN has lost Market share and Live.com has languished.

Google launched Google Reader during Steves watch, what a missed opportunity that was, there is no Live Reader and Steve was at Ask.com when they acquired Bloglines.
There are about a thousand bloggers on MSDN and in the dotnet community, so why hasn't Steve found us yet?
I want a Windows Live search bar on my blog and I want to earn a dime every time it's used. As I link to Windows Live they should be linking to me, or do we need to write a New Media for Dummies book for Steve?.
