Innovation with off the Shelf Software

I'm at the ARM Developers conference in Santa Clara where Raj Pawate gave a nice talk about Accelerating Innovation with off-the-Shelf Software.

Since joining Texas Instruments. in 1985, Raj has had many jobs from R&D in Speech processing in Dallas, to Multimedia Signal Processing in Japan, Voice over Packet product development in India and now in DSP Product development in Houston. He currently leads the Applications Software effort in Catalog DSP. Raj holds more than 15 issued US patents, with more than 25 published papers.
