Microsoft ActiveSync 3.8 has arrived replacing ActiveSync 3.7.1, so far so good! I don't have to tell any Pocket PC owners that ActiveSync has been dodgy at best and worthless at worst. When my Pocket PC is running well its magical, but quickly you are reminded of the days of Windows '95.
I have come to the conclusion that the Hardware on my ViewSonic V37 was three years ahead of the software. It came loaded with Windows Mobile 2002 in 2003, I have since upgraded it to Windows Mobile 2003. Windows Mobile 2005 is overdue and greatly needed. After CES last week the blogs are buzzing about the future of Mobile development!
