Until yesterday I used the freeware version of
JRuler a great tool for measuring exactly how many pixels my controls were taking up (especially when used with
UltraMagnifier). Then I stumbled (via across
Scott Hanselman)
Screen Ruler, by Jeff Key and it rocks. Its transparent (part of JRulerPro) and supports nudging (CTRL+Shift+ArrowKey). Added bonus source is available if you feel like playing. Thanks Jeff.
