Writing about Software development is hard
In 30 Entries in 30 Days, Mike Marshall laments the lack of good writing on the subject of development processes.
But even with the explosion of blogs over the last few years, especially ones that are focused on software, I still see a dearth of entries on the process of software development.

Mike, I think it boils down to hard work. Writing about a well defined technical issue or a snippet of code is far easier than wrestling with thoughts on Agile vs. Contract development. In addition few of us have the writing skills of Ron Jefferies or Alistair Cockburn.

Mike also asked for references to blogs with decent software development content - give Ron's Adventures in C# series a whirl. Its sort-of-a-blog
