Recommended Book: "Crystal Clear - A Human Powered Methodology for Small Teams"

In the past few days I've been reading parts of Alistair Cockburn's upcoming book Crystal Clear (final draft). So far it's been quite an excellent read. If your reflective and enjoy think about development methodologies then this is a great book for your. Even, if you're already familiar with XP the book provides a menu of Properties, Strategies and Techniques that could be adapted to your own project. I'm thinking about information radiators and burn charts in our project. So far my only quibble is the first chapter (Explained) - a conversation between Alistair and the methodology - has folksy writing style - that might be a turn off for some.
