fly over 3D maps and In-Q-Tel
Scoble and Carter Maslan recently blogged about a longhorn demo that features a 3D flyover from a company called Keyhole, . They are actually funded by a VC company called In-Q-Tel. In-Q-Tel is a VC company that is investing in tech startups. In-Q-Tel is the venture capital arm of the CIA that gives the them a way to get there hands on technology that would give them a better toolset.
