I'm on a security binge.
After taking a look at Haven's blog (DataGridGirl doesn't have the only pink site around.) I'm on a forensics and security binge. So here are a few good articles/books.

Still a classic and a must read for any IT Pro in my opinion.

Hampton Roads SQL Server User Group Meeting Thursday
INETA is providing our speaker, famed author Ken Spencer, to discuss .NET topics. Date/Time/Place - May 20th, 6:30 pm, ESI - Va Beach. Ken Spencer is VP of Technology at 32X. Ken works with clients to provide architectural and development services and provide training services to their clients. Ken also writes a column for MSDN Magazine and has recently published "OOP: Building Reusable Components with Microsoft® Visual Basic® .NET" with Microsoft Press, released in Oct 2002.
