Abuse???
I've just discovered this site: www.windows-patch.info.
It offers patches for the Windows OS... now the page appears with these patches available:
Microsoft Security Bulletin MS03-043: Buffer Overrun in Messenger Service could allow Code Execution (828035)
The curious thing is that this site offers the patches for the problem, but under a payment of $19.95 (plus 17,5% if you're in Europe).
This is not legal I think, expecially because these patches are available on the Windows Update site.
Someone on MS must investigate about this...
