Yes, I was waiting for it and now it seems to be ready... I'm talking about the
MSDE 2000 Deployment Toolkit (release candidate), a plug-in to Microsoft Visual Studio that automates the process of creating an integrated package with both the application and the MSDE database. Really cool for building setup packages...
