Team System Partner Stories

Chris Menegay has a good post on how partners position themselves towards Microsoft Visual Studio Team System.

As a former Compuware employee I blogged about this a couple of months ago. I do agree with Chris that Compuware seems to "get it". I know they have some promising products on their way that - just as DevPartner - will greatly integrate with Visual Studio 2005 and Team System. Having said that I'm wondering when they will make a beta or some CTP build publicly available to the community and the early adopters. Maybe Tim Weaver can answer this question?
[Update] Tim has answered the questions above. If you have some questions on SecurityChecker or FaultSimulator contact Tim!

I will have to check what the VSTS-positioning from the other partners is. Will do that at TechEd 2005 Europe.

Continuing on the VSTS functionality: this free clinic - Introduction to Visual Studio Team System - from Microsoft eLearning provides an introduction on VSTS for all roles involved in the application lifecycle. It also answers the what and how questions of VSTS. At the end of the course students will be able to gain a high-level overview of VSTS.
