It looks like the MSN Spaces are going to be the blogs for the masses. When looking at the pace at which new spaces are created and existing ones updated, I think a lot of people will start blogging. MSN Spaces will convince a lot of people not knowing about LiveJournal, Blogger, AOL Journals and TypePad to start a blog. Note also that MSN Spaces are/will be available in 26(!) different languages!
As an example: the launch of MSN Spaces triggered a co-worker, on the project I'm currently working on, to create his own MSN Space: Beneke's Space Time Continium. As he's an avid tech-blog reader I'm - of course - looking forward to some interesting posts!
