Technical Irony

While looking for a URL rewriting tool for a client I found a reference to a tool, clicked the link and got a 404 error.

not sure if you are referring to apache mod rewrite, I have yet to see a tool that can help generate the rewrite code, probably it is best to learn it the hard way by going through the apache manual and search for some examples to hand on it.
