Google map service
Microsoft get a lot of acclaim for Mappoint, and developers love getting into Mappoint Web Services. However, this 'new google of the month' service looks incredibly easy to use and serious competition!

It is heavily Javascripted, and provide a very rich interface. Just check out the routeplanning and the popup details.
Hopefully a web service API is around the corner!
